CreditPool operates as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and does not perform any regulated financial activities whatsoever. All payment processing, merchant onboarding, settlement, card processing, and other regulated payment services are conducted solely by our licensed payment gateway partner, which is regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. CreditPool’s role is limited to providing the technology layer that enables split-payment functionality.
All PSP- and payment-related services remain the responsibility of the licensed payment gateway partner, as further set out in our Terms and Conditions.
